JR Stayz
JR Stayz Group runs furnished short-term rentals in North Jersey. The platform lets guests find a stay and book it directly with the company, and gives the owner one place to manage stays, bookings, staff and the website itself. It is a working preview: payments run in a test mode until the company’s own payment account is connected.

The challenge
Short-term rental operators usually depend entirely on booking marketplaces, which take a cut of every reservation and own the relationship with the guest. A direct-booking site gives the business its own channel, but only if it is as easy to use as the marketplaces guests are used to.
Give the business a booking site that looks the part, takes a reservation from search to payment, and is run from an admin area rather than by editing code.
What we built
We designed and built the platform end to end: a cinematic public site with search by location, dates and guests; stay pages built from the company’s real listings; booking and checkout; a guest portal; an owner admin covering stays, bookings, staff, website settings and legal pages; a staff portal; and a learning section. A connector for the company’s channel manager is built in, ready for its account details.
The details that mattered.
Booking systems have to be correct before they are pretty: dates, minimum stays, guest counts and availability are all checked on the server, and the platform has automated tests covering the booking path. Anything that touches money or a guest’s stay is only switched on once the company’s own accounts are connected.
