Astel Cowork
Astel Cowork is our own product: imagine creating and running a business from your phone, just by talking to it. The owner describes an idea out loud; Astel shapes the offers and prices, researches suppliers and local rules, builds and publishes the website, and then runs inquiries, bookings, invoices, follow-ups and marketing, with everything kept in one place on iPhone and desktop. Every message, price or campaign waits for the owner’s approval. It is in development and not yet available; the link opens its one-page site, with screens from the development build.

The challenge
Small businesses pay for an all-in-one marketing suite and still do most of the work themselves, because the software is built for agencies rather than owners. The jobs are routine, but they need judgment, and owners rightly do not trust software that sends things on their behalf.
Build an assistant that does the routine work end to end, keeps the owner in control of anything that leaves the business, and is simple enough to run from a phone.
What we built
A native iPhone app and a desktop companion share one backend. The assistant drafts replies, proposals, invoices and campaigns as approvals; turning on an automation approves its exact messages, and changing anything asks again. A real-time voice call lets the owner talk a decision through. Behind it sit customers and pipeline, bookings with calendar sync, forms and quizzes, payment links, broadcasts, courses and a website built from the owner’s confirmed facts.
The details that mattered.
The hardest part was not the AI, it was the safety rails around it: a change to wording, recipient or price needs fresh approval, a message from outside can never authorize a refund or an export, uncertain sends are reconciled rather than repeated, and test payments never count as real money. Each of those is covered by an automated test.
